- Full responsibilities on Logistics activities
- Responsible for coordination / communications with local freight forwarder to shipment arrangement and order deliveries up to end users
- Manage all the shipping documentation, port clearance process and ensuring compliance in shipment regulation requirements
- Communicate effectively with the internal department, freight forwarder, shippers & 3PL to ensure alignment on schedules shipment and documentation requirement.
- Compare shipping quotations and costs to ensure cost effective shipping solutions.
- Monitor and expedite shipping process to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Address and resolve shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Monitor and to make sure companies ship documentation, licenses are always up-to-date and not expired to avoid ship activities delaying.
- To prepare all the shipment records and activities and work together with the account department for the invoices purposes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignment assigned.
