Position: Branch Manager

Location based: Kajang

Job Description

  • Achieve business growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Lead your branch team, including Admin and Operation, to provide our customers with high level of used car buying experience.
  • Ensuring that the showroom is effectively used to display the stocks and related marketing collaterals for a positive customer experience.
  • Responsible to ensure that leads generated are followed up by the sales team for successful conversion.
  • Build and promote a strong customer-centricity culture to promptly address customer queries and satisfaction issues.
  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all daily operations of the Branch.
  • Responsible for managing the overall stock turnover, its movement, and the condition of vehicles.
  • Relaying information about sales targets, budgets, incentive schemes, policies, and guidelines to the sales team and branch staff.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
  • Assess local market conditions and identify market movement while being fully aware of competition status.
  • Hiring, goal setting, coaching, training, motivation, and performance monitoring of salesmen.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience with a proven track record of successful sales management in the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of car sales, dealership operations, and current market trends.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team to drive sales growth.
  • Customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work at Kajang and travel to another branch if required.
