  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Team Leaders/Director(s) responsible for project ideation and development, providing creative solutions to complex design challenges.
* Communicate effectively through various mediums - sketches, 3D visualizations, and detailed technical drawings, etc.
* Oversee the daily management of projects, including direct communication with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
* Execute the project in line with the established brief.
* Coordinate and liaise with external consultants, including cross-checking and verifying their work for accuracy and consistency with project requirements.
* Integrate BIM processes into design workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software developments and industry trends to enhance project delivery and team capability.
* Willingness to be hands-on and contribute across all stages of documentation , including concept design, design development, authorities submission, and construction documentation, as needed.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience (or equivalent) in the architecture industry.
* At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
* Ability to develop innovative design concepts and take projects from concept design through to design development and documentation.
* Software Proficiency - ArchiCAD (BIM), AutoCad (2D) , SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Enscape and other similar rendering software for generating high quality visualizations.
* Ability to take projects from initial concept design through to design development.
* Experience in integrating BIM processes into architectural design workflows.
* Strong knowledge and technical understanding of project delivery requirements.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members.
* Ability to mentor and support less experienced team members, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
