Finance Executive

Job Description for Senior Finance Executive

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss, Financial Statement and etc.
• Monitor cash position of the company on a daily basis
• Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers.
• Ensure follow-up on customers collection and Statement of Accounts are updated on regular basic.
• Coordinate and perform monthly, quarterly & yearly closing management accounts.
• Verify book-keeping and data entry in Accounting Software.
• Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained.
• Ensure all financial statements comply with accounting standards, tax regulations as well as company policies.
• Prepare forecast and budget reports.
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable, bank, and inter-company balance
• Liaise with a tax agents, auditors, bankers, company secretaries, government departments, and suppliers.
• Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance
• Minimum 3 year working experience
• Possess good interpersonal / communication skills and good team spirit
• Computer literate and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Familiar in UBS accounting systems
• Able to work independently and having good problem solving skills
• Have Basics knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
• Auditor Background is an advantage
