Technician

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical (Air-Conditioning)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• At least 2 years of experience as technician or in the related field is required for this position.
• Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Performing minor repair and servicing on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Pleasant personality and professional attitude towards dealing with people.
• Have basic IT skills and be capable of transferring written checklists into a software database

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Inspects the building, ground and equipment.
• Dealing with incoming work request
• Checking and responding to security and safety issues
• Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers
• Keeping documents of inspection and problems
• Team player and at the time able to work independently
• Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
• Support the facility team in administering legal, ethical according to ISO standards
• Ensure both professional engineering standards are applied to building maintenance activities along with the safe operation of client premises, stations and perimeters
