DYNAMIC SUPPLY has a humble beginning in the year of 2017 when it started off as a small-scale business in mainland Penang, Malaysia. Its principle activity is in trading, engineering and fabrication of plastic materials. Our company focuses on plastics products design, plastics fabrication, plastics bending, glue, cutting, polishing, screen printing, machining, laser, router and plastics welding. We manufacture a wide variety of plastics products such as plastics furniture, display case and plastic storage rack for industries and consumers. We can also design custom-made products according to customer needs.

Qualifications & experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent, Vocational or Technical Training
Basic math skills are often required for measurements, calibrations, and quality checks.
Understanding basic mechanics and machine operation is essential.
1-2 Years of Experience: Preferred by many employers, especially in a related field such as assembly line work, machine operation, or quality control.
Prior experience in manufacturing environments is often highly valued, especially for roles requiring knowledge of specific machinery.
Experience in identifying and resolving production issues, adjusting machinery, or making quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
Experience in inspecting products and maintaining quality standards to minimize defects and ensure high-quality output.
Previous roles that involved collaborating in a team setting, communicating effectively with supervisors and coworkers, and contributing to a productive work environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Monitor the production line to ensure it is operating smoothly and efficiently. Check the quality of the product at various stages of production to maintain high standards.
nspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any issues with product quality or equipment to supervisors promptly.
Operate various types of machinery and equipment required for the production process. Set up, start, stop, and adjust machinery according to the specifications or job instructions.
Keep work areas clean and free of debris, adhering to safety and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles. Organize tools, materials, and equipment to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
Load raw materials or components into machines and manage the supply of materials to the production line. Ensure that materials are handled correctly to prevent contamination or damage.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, helmets, and safety glasses as required.
Perform routine checks and minor maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines. Identify and report equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance teams when necessary.
Keep accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any downtime or issues. Use digital or manual systems to log production data for reporting and analysis.
Participate in troubleshooting processes when production issues arise, helping identify the root causes of problems. Work with supervisors and maintenance teams to resolve production stoppages or malfunctions.
Strive to meet daily, weekly, or monthly production targets as set by the company. Work efficiently to optimize production output without compromising quality.
