About your role
- Enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the secure and efficient operation of all IT systems in the organization.
- Prepare and update infrastructure documentation to be aligned with the actual setup.
- Oversee the resolution of IT support requests and technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure and monitor the efficiency of LAN, WAN, and VPN interconnectivity among branches and groups of companies.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation to ensure inventory is always up-to-date.
- Work closely with cross-departmental managers to determine system maintenance and growth.
- Liaise with main contractors and vendors in planning and executing ICT projects on-site.
- Work closely with developers/vendors to provide advice on organizational/management/business model requirements.
- Be available for standby duty, attend to urgent IT-related cases, or travel to regional offices when necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position would be preferred.
- Proficient in IT infrastructure, network management, IT security protocols, cloud services, and enterprise software solutions.
- Proficient in network administration of Windows Server, Fortigate, Proxmox, pfSense, Lark, Google Workplace, Ubiquiti, etc.
- Administrative skills with the ability to multitask.
- Good business acumen and practical skills in strategic thinking, analysis, problem-solving, interpersonal & communication.
- At least 2 years of working experience in networking or IT infrastructure field.
- Proven track record and exposure in multi-region infrastructure support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skills, able to identify issues and bottlenecks.
- Good team player.
