Job Description:

Strategic Partnerships and Lead Generation

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key partners (e.g., property developers, banks, and brand partners) to support lead generation and partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, working closely with the marketing team and influencers to expand brand reach and drive qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on partnership goals.

Event and Program Support

  • Provide support in organising and coordinating offline marketing events, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Assist in the development and management of loyalty and referral programs aimed at deepening customer engagement and driving organic growth.

Influencer Management

  • Work with influencers to ensure that collaborations align with marketing objectives and brand identity.
  • Manage influencer relationships, coordinating campaigns and tracking performance.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and track the performance of lead generation channels, partnerships, and influencer collaborations, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend optimisations to improve campaign effectiveness and resource allocation.

Market Research and Insights

  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making in partnerships, lead generation strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Gather insights on customer behavior and industry trends to help refine marketing campaigns and improve overall strategy.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Min. 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing, partnerships, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships and driving lead generation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking.
  • Experience with loyalty or referral programs is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
