Assist an International NEW BALANCE as their eCommerce customer support. The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us! The key objective is to set-up a reliable customer service team. You will be handling the eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.
Knowledge/Abilities
- Fluency in Mandarin and or Cantonese and English both written and verbal.
- Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferable
- Customer facing experience is desirable
- Knowledge of client’s procedures and products
- Ability to be resilient when dealing with situations
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients
