Job Description:
I. Platform Management and Maintenance

Responsible for the daily operations of vacation rentals on various online travel platforms (such as Ctrip, Booking, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.), ensuring that property information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, room descriptions, price adjustments, facility introductions, and image optimization.
Regularly inspect the property display status on platforms to ensure properties are bookable, promptly handling booking conflicts and any irregularities.
Monitor platform data, such as page views, booking volumes, conversion rates, etc., analyze trends in data changes, and develop corresponding optimization strategies.

II. Customer Service and Communication

Respond promptly to inquiries and messages from guests on OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms, providing professional, warm, and thoughtful service. Answer guests’ questions about the facilities, surrounding environment, and booking policies of the vacation rentals.
Handle guest complaints and suggestions, actively coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a good reputation for the vacation rentals.
Follow up with guests throughout the booking process, including order confirmation, sending check-in guides, and reminding guests of important details to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

III. Marketing and Promotional Campaigns

Develop online marketing plans, utilizing the promotional tools and resources of OTA platforms to increase the exposure and booking volume of the vacation rentals. This may include participating in platform promotional activities, placing advertisements, and optimizing search rankings.
Plan and execute marketing activities aimed at different seasons, holidays, and special events to attract guest bookings.
Collaborate with platforms to secure more resources and support, enhancing the competitiveness of the vacation rentals on the platforms.

IV. Competitor Analysis and Market Research

Regularly analyze competitors’ performance on OTA platforms, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer reviews, providing insights for the company's market strategy.
Stay informed about trends in the vacation rental market and industry, collecting relevant information to adjust operational strategies in a timely manner in response to market changes.

V. Collaboration and Coordination

Maintain close communication and cooperation with internal departments (such as housekeeping, dining, marketing, etc.) to ensure that guest needs are met promptly.
Maintain a good working relationship with OTA platform account managers, staying up-to-date with platform policy and rule changes, and securing more support and resources.

VI. Other Responsibilities

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Adhere to the company's regulations and policies, keeping company trade secrets confidential.
