Responsibilities:

  • Abide by company policies, Departmental SOP, and WI.
  • To ensure all results generated are Reliable and accurate.
  • To ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Perform diagnostic procedures assigned to the nurse department.
  • Respond and assist the team during clinical emergencies ( medical and non-medical).
  • Report directly to physicians any life-threatening abnormalities
  • Provide health education to patients when needed.
  • Handling all procedure requests by the clinical information system.
  • Ensure all the equipment is well handled and maintained.
  • Precepting and mentoring junior staff nurses.
  • Participate in the health screening event arranged by the marketing team.
  • Perform monthly nurse department stock checks.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Ensure all the related documents are well recorded and filled. Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executive and senior marketing to handle requests and queries from managers.
  • Attend internal and external training assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field; additional qualification as a Clinic assistant.
