1.Plan and oversee the master project schedule for renovation projects.

2. Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project progression to the superior and internal team.

3.Collaborate with the interior designer to develop the concept within the allocated budget and the necessary drawings for submission to the mall.

4. Providing management with design suggestions and project planning advice to help them make decisions.

5. Coordinating and resolving all renovation and fit-out issues with malls to ensure a smooth handover to other internal stakeholders for store setup as per the project timeline.

6. Make site visits to oversee and confirm the completion of renovations in line with approved drawings.

7. Keep up-to-date with relevant fit-out trends in the retail space to ensure that our store design is continuously improved.

8. Ensure that renovation projects and stores are comply with health and safety regulations.

9. Oversee the maintenance requirements for existing stores.

10. Coordinate with technicians and/or contractors to address any repairs, renovations, or upgrades needed.

11. Develop and manage budgets for renovation projects and maintenance activities, ensuring cost effectiveness.

12. Arrange tasks and responsibilities for team members for both renovation projects and ongoing maintenance tasks.

13. To plan, and execute the implementation of health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) policies, procedures, and systems to provide for safe and secure business operations in accordance with the governmental and regulatory requirements to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

14. Responsible in managing AFM's safety & security audit to the management, checking the safety checklist during stock take exercise (twice a year as current practice).

15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to HSSE and implement the necessary changes.

16. Responsible for monitoring and managing the validity of health and safety equipment.

17. To be prepared for any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Business Development & Renovation Department and management as well as from the holding company in Japan.
