Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of BnB properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract guests and promote the properties through various channels.
  • Manage online listings and ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions and photos.
  • Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and positive reviews.
  • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Good attitude and responsible
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline.
  • Good command of spoken & written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
