Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of BnB properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract guests and promote the properties through various channels.
- Manage online listings and ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions and photos.
- Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings and positive reviews.
- Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance and repairs with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Good attitude and responsible
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline.
- Good command of spoken & written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
