Requirements

• With 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Good interpersonal skills, results driven and a team player.
• Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
• Own transportation.
• Experienced candidate also encourage to apply (salary rate to be discuss)
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Check and make correct and on-time payments and bank reconciliation as well as Petty Cash Control.
• Secure bookings of all regular expenses during the month for accurate budget follow up.
• Make correct bookings of the inter-company transaction invoices.
• Data entry in system - general ledger entries
• Other ad-hoc duties as assign by the director
• Assist in monthly bookkeeping for both on field and in house.
• Assist Manager to complete the group task
