Job Description

  • Manage and maintain audit partners’ calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, including agenda preparation, distribution, and recording minutes.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Manage and process partners' expense claims and timesheet, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between the audit team and audit partners on day-to-day operation matters related to audit engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between the audit partners and clients, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain the security of client data.

    Job Requirement
  • At least 1 year of experience in auditing or quality management is preferable.
  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of audit principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
