Job Description
- Manage and maintain audit partners’ calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, including agenda preparation, distribution, and recording minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage and process partners' expense claims and timesheet, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate communication between the audit team and audit partners on day-to-day operation matters related to audit engagement.
- Act as a liaison between the audit partners and clients, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
- Handle confidential information and maintain the security of client data.
Job Requirement - At least 1 year of experience in auditing or quality management is preferable.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
