Position : Department Secretary and Operations Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

Company Industry : Technology And Entertainment

Working Hours : Monday – Friday (0900 to 1800)

Working Location : Centrepoint South Tower, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid work model)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration : Basic RM 3,000 – RM 5,000 (depend on performance & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

· Minimum Diploma holder. Applicants from all backgrounds including fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Candidates who have demonstrated previous experience and/or education relevant to HR/ Business Administration/ Operations are preferred.

· Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to support China market

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

· Able to multitask, and manage time and workloads efficiently.

· Organised, detail-oriented, diligent, and proactive.

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and is keen to learn.

· Candidates who can start immediately are preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist in graphic design, video editing, and Microsoft PowerPoint deck creation, to support the team’s content projects.

· Provide support for content development projects, which includes drafting articles and creation of graphic design and video content for social media posts.

· Provide administrative support to the Global Communications team, which includes facilitating and processing vendors’ service contracts and payments, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, coordinating workplace events, and preparing reports and communications on behalf of the team.

· Participate in corporate communications-related tasks, which include liaising with agencies, coordinating media visits, and handling media materials and logistics for relevant activities such as corporate gifting.

· Maintain and update databases, such as media contacts, business partners, vendors and stakeholder operations.

· Conduct desktop research to assist in developing business pitches, and internal and external proposals.

· Assist in monitoring news on the Company, its businesses, trending topics in the industry, and social media for community sentiments and key market focuses.

· Assist the team in any relevant ad-hoc duties.
