Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administrative task to ensure smooth running of department operations.
- Coordinate on the department's meetings and report submissions.
- Liaise with Finance on department's receivable and payable payments.
- Coordinate the department's recruitment process with Human Resources.
- Work closely with Licensing on registration of exam and license for the new joiners.
- Monitor relevant Bursa announcements for reporting purposes.
- Manage preparations of management reports and meetings.
- Mitigate and resolve any administrative issues that arise within the department.
- Ensure completion of other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking, or any equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative and business management preferably in Corporate Finance.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills - able to deal with people from all levels.
