Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administrative task to ensure smooth running of department operations.
  • Coordinate on the department's meetings and report submissions.
  • Liaise with Finance on department's receivable and payable payments.
  • Coordinate the department's recruitment process with Human Resources.
  • Work closely with Licensing on registration of exam and license for the new joiners.
  • Monitor relevant Bursa announcements for reporting purposes.
  • Manage preparations of management reports and meetings.
  • Mitigate and resolve any administrative issues that arise within the department.
  • Ensure completion of other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking, or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative and business management preferably in Corporate Finance.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills - able to deal with people from all levels.
