  • Help with setting up apps, linking email accounts, and customizing phone settings.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell products, such as offering a screen protector or phone case with a new phone purchase.
  • Up-sell higher-end models or additional features, like extended warranties or insurance plans, to meet customer needs.
