Job Responsibilities

Client Support and Relationship Management:

Provide professional support for assigned accounts, understanding and fulfilling clients’ needs through effective sales techniques.

Maintain long-term client relationships by consistently meeting deadlines, quotas, and exceeding client expectations.

Act as the primary contact point for clients, addressing all inquiries and ensuring comprehensive support.

Prospect for new customers and cultivate new business opportunities.

Continuously meet clients' deadlines, quotas, and other expectations.

Build and nurture relationships with both assigned and new clients.

Sales Strategy and Support:

Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for key clients.

Ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sell-in & sell-out targets within allocated budget constraints.

Align with company sales directives and objectives to drive overall business growth.

Conduct competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and set realistic targets.

Monitor and drive growth of assigned clients by identifying and capitalizing on business trends.

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with related departments to develop in-store visibility plans and ensure timely and effective implementation.

Provide support to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of objectives.

Coordinate internally to effectively execute the aforementioned objectives, fostering a cohesive team environment.

Operational Assistance:

Assist the direct manager in daily operations both within and across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Manage and resolve problems and complaints by identifying root causes and recommending improvements.

Act as the go-to person for clients, addressing all their inquiries and concerns.

Provide professional support by learning about and satisfying clients’ needs through effective sales support techniques.

Undertake any other tasks or projects assigned by the superior or the company.

Job Requirements

Open for fresh graduate!

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/A/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.

Results-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin language (spoken, written, and comprehension).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
