  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to a Head of Department or Project Director and provides support and guidance throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.
  • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
  • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
  • Measure and value the work done on site
  • Pay subcontractors
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
  • Select and/or source construction materials

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be added advantage
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Interior Design / Mechanical & Electrical / Architecture work is pre-requisite.
  • Required Skill(s): analytical, documentation
  • Fresh grad are welcomed to apply.
