Responsibilities: -

  • Execute business plans to ensure continued growth and/or long-term sustainability in line with Integrated Livestock Farming (ILF) business unit direction.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve profitability goals.
  • Manage and drive the sales team on team’s activities and performance Control costs and expenses to achieve financial targets and optimize profitability
  • Develop and establish Farm operations standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations consistency and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of feed purchasing and feed mill & fertilizer production, sales, marketing, and other support functions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process & quality improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Execute and monitor ESG initiatives that promote environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.
  • Establish and enforce safety policies, procedures, trainings to ensure a safe workplace for all employees and all external stakeholders
  • Implement effective risk management protocols, including employee’s safety and health control, food safety measures, biosecurity practices, and contingency plans. Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and implement necessary measures to maintain adherence.
  • Any others duties assigned by Top Management.

Requirement: -

  • Bachelor's degree in science or business management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in Poultry Industry will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, innovative and creative with ability to drive and implement changes for the Company
  • Self-starter, resourceful, energetic, strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Ability to review financial numbers and analyse business performance
