  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in accounting? Pilot Management Services Sdn Bhd is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our growing firm.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will have the chance to work closely with our experienced accountants and gain hands-on experience in preparing accounts for a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include performing various accounting-related tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial statements.

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in accounting, possess strong analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and have a good understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage accounts for clients using accounting software.
  • Prepare AP and AR monthly accounting reports and schedules when required.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned when required by the superior.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadline.
