  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Main Duties:

  • Support BKBCG network communications infrastructure which includes installation of a new system.
  • Implementation and administration of network security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy and complying with requirement of external security audits and recommendations.
  • Ensure internal networks have the capacity to meet business demands.
  • Local servers and Cloud Platform administration for security, fix/detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security level and stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards.
  • Assist the HOD for any new projects as and when required.
  • To support other divisions on all IT related matters in accordance with the SLA.
  • This role covers all companies in BKBCG Group.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Min Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalents. Certification in ITIL, Juniper, Cisco, MCSE or Networking will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT and Networking (manufacturing business) in managing a wide and large Enterprise ecosystems in relates with servers, network infrastructures including project planning, design, implementation, maintenance and support.
    • Hands on experience on Computer Hardware, software, various servers’ platforms such as Windows Servers, etc.
    • Strong working knowledge in Networking, Security, Servers, and Cloud technology.
    • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with users, interpret their needs and respond accordingly in order to achieve user satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cause of problems and take action to resolve the problems on a timely basis.
    • Ability to work with all levels of staff and ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Aptitude to learn new IT skills.
    • Ability to respond on any request in timely manner without compromising of quality of deliverable.
