Project Engineer

We are in the business of providing Building Mechanical Services, specializing in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems.

As a Project Engineer, the candidate will be expected and/or trained to handle the following (amongst other scope of works):

• To handle quantities take-off in any tender bids, as well as the preparation of the costing for tenders;
• To prepare all necessary materials/documentation required for tender submissions;
• To prepare shop drawings and materials submissions, prior to mobilization and commencement of works at site;
• To mobilize sub-contractors, workers and materials/equipment at work sites;
• To monitor works progress as well as perform QA/QC inspections at work sites and to submit regular works progress reports to Client;
• To prepare as-built drawings, Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, as well as to conduct trainings for clients upon completion of installation works;
• To attend to routine monthly service and maintenance contracts undertaken.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & local dialects.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Must be proficient in English language and common local dialects when communicating with Sub-Contractors, Suppliers and Clients.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and AutoCad softwares.
• Must be independent and self-motivated.
• Must possess leadership qualities.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
