Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting Manager and Senior Manager in delivering works and expectations.
  • Prepare Project brief, master implementation program and cost feasibility study.
  • Ensure timely completion of the project within the budget in compliance with contract obligations.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor the project's progress including liaison with the consultant team and the relevant authority to ensure all projects' execution are in compliance with the local authority's requirement.
  • Check all drawings to ensure drawings are well coordinated and developer's requirements are met.
  • Initiate and co-ordinate regular site co-ordination meeting and to attend to all client / consultant / contractor/site meetings.
  • Prepare and record all minutes of meetings as required.
  • Check all drawings and documents before calling of tender.
  • Liaise and coordinate with leasing & marketing personal to ensure compliance of documents before calling of tender.
  • Check and assist the consultant in the compilation and submission of progress claim from contractor.
  • Co-ordinate with the consultant team in the verification of contractors and consultants' payment.
  • Plan, execute and review construction program regularly to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and control construction processes to ensure the construction budget is closely adhered to.
  • Perform general contract administration.
  • Compile and submit weekly progress report as required by superior.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of completed project from project team to Sales & Marketing team.
  • Carry out pre-delivery joint inspection upon completion of project.
  • Ensure all defects are rectified satisfactorily and signed off.
  • Implement any and all related policies, procedures and work instructions as so defined in the Company's Quality Management System
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Architectural, M&E, C&S or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate and conversant with AutoCAD and Microsoft associated softwares.
  • Experience in Retail fit out works would be advantage.
