  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

The Opportunity

Are you a skilled finance professional with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management? Do you excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to work remotely from Malaysia, supporting the financial operations and growth of our practices in Australia. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with Australian accounting standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Australian financial regulations, including GST, BAS, Superannuation, and Medicare billing.
  • Use advanced Excel skills to support data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Medicare billing processes and integrate this knowledge into overall financial management (training will be provided).
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Group Operations Manager and other team members to ensure seamless financial operations across all locations.
  • Provide regular updates on financial performance, challenges, and achievements.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in Excel: You have advanced skills in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and macros.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and knowledge of (or willingness to learn) compliance with Australian regulations.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot and correct errors, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Adaptable Learner: Quick to learn and apply new knowledge, particularly in areas like Medicare and Australian financial law.
  • Problem Solver: You proactively identify financial issues and develop efficient, effective solutions.
  • Effective Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
