SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

In a small company there is no demarcation lines between colleagues are limited; each person is expected to support each other. However, the specific tasks which the Sales & Marketing Executive will be expected to undertake include the following :

1.Handling sales & leasing phone calls and e-mails.
2.Communicating with clients and recording all correspondence.
3.Monitor sales processes including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.
4.Assist in the development, production and distribution of sales/promotional materials.
5.Assist and participate in preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
6.Conduct market research and keep abreast with trends, demands and comparable market prices.
7.Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales & leasing and increase brand awareness.
8.Assisting with promotional events.
9.Attending and presenting at trade shows.
10.Supporting the Management in all aspects of their work.

Job Requirements

1.Possess a Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Management or a related discipline.
2.At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
3.Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion.
4.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6.Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
7.Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.
