Role Description
1) Accounts Payable (AP):
- Maintain accurate financial records, enter and balance account data, and generate statistical summary reports.
- Review purchase orders, check requests, and related documents for completeness and compliance.
- Implement payment schedules, monitor collections, and address bad debt accounts.
2) Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Maintain accurate financial records, enter and balance account data, and generate statistical summary reports.
- Review purchase orders, check requests, and related documents for completeness and compliance.
- Implement payment schedules, monitor collections, and address bad debt accounts.
3) Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide regular financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the development and improvement of financial reporting processes.
4) Cash Flow Management:
- Perform monthly closing procedures to ensure accurate financial records.
- Monitor and forecast cash flow to optimize working capital.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.
