The incumbent will be working closely with the General Manager in the Medical Device department.

SALES FORCE PRODUCTIVITY CONTROL

To closely monitor sale calls and visit frequency so that each call’s productivity is optimized.
To assist the Managing Director in the implementation of CRM System and to improve the discipline, morale & productivity of Area Sales Managers.
To punctually and accurately generate the Monthly Territory Sales verses Target Report and Monthly Zone Sales verses Previous Months / Quarter Report by the 1st day of each month and Territory Gross Contribution by 5th of April, July, September 2023 and January 2024
To co-ordinate travel itinerary 2 months in advance and to prepare Monthly Visit Frequency & Weekly Crude Call Report.
To perform any other tasks in support of the position and also any other relevant tasks assigned by the Managing Director

REAGENT RENTAL DEAL

To punctually and accurately prepare the Monthly Reagent Rental Report by the 1st week of each month for follow-up actions so that 85% of contractual rental deals is achieved and corrective measures effectively taken.

DEBTORS AGEING & CREDIT CONTROL

To ensure that 80% trade receivables do not exceed 90 days overdue, including list of overdue accounts and quantum for discussion with field force by 15th of each month.
To punctually and accurately compute the Statement of Account by 15th of each month, including taking effective steps with filed force to achieve the above

RCPAQAPs

To maintain an effective system so that all quotations are accurate and mailed out within 4 weeks after receipts of 2024 prices

Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably at supervisory level.
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & V-lookup functions) and SAP will be added advantage.
