- The incumbent will be working closely with the General Manager in the Medical Device department.
SALES FORCE PRODUCTIVITY CONTROL
- To closely monitor sale calls and visit frequency so that each call’s productivity is optimized.
- To assist the Managing Director in the implementation of CRM System and to improve the discipline, morale & productivity of Area Sales Managers.
- To punctually and accurately generate the Monthly Territory Sales verses Target Report and Monthly Zone Sales verses Previous Months / Quarter Report by the 1st day of each month and Territory Gross Contribution by 5th of April, July, September 2023 and January 2024
- To co-ordinate travel itinerary 2 months in advance and to prepare Monthly Visit Frequency & Weekly Crude Call Report.
- To perform any other tasks in support of the position and also any other relevant tasks assigned by the Managing Director
REAGENT RENTAL DEAL
- To punctually and accurately prepare the Monthly Reagent Rental Report by the 1st week of each month for follow-up actions so that 85% of contractual rental deals is achieved and corrective measures effectively taken.
DEBTORS AGEING & CREDIT CONTROL
- To ensure that 80% trade receivables do not exceed 90 days overdue, including list of overdue accounts and quantum for discussion with field force by 15th of each month.
- To punctually and accurately compute the Statement of Account by 15th of each month, including taking effective steps with filed force to achieve the above
RCPAQAPs
- To maintain an effective system so that all quotations are accurate and mailed out within 4 weeks after receipts of 2024 prices
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably at supervisory level.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table & V-lookup functions) and SAP will be added advantage.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in any field.
