  • Handle HR matters (process leaves & salary for below 20 staff)
  • Handle simple invoicing
  • Assist in administrative work
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Assist in events and functions
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Liaising with staff and clients
  • Organising the CEO's personal commitments


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of PA or office support experience
  • Able to speak English (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
