- Handle HR matters (process leaves & salary for below 20 staff)
- Handle simple invoicing
- Assist in administrative work
- Organising meetings and appointments
- Assist in events and functions
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Organising the CEO's personal commitments
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of PA or office support experience
- Able to speak English (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Able to attend events and travel
