  • Reposts and receives work instructions from Manager. Perform customary personal and job supervisory duties required to ensure effective coordination and accomplishment of Section activities.
  • Authorize to process and handling daily submission, and complete the cases within the departmental SLA.
  • Review, verify, approve and ensure that request for cases are processed within specified guidelines and within the agreed service commitment benchmark and compliance to the guideline of financial authority conferred. Controls are established to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Reports on update of current listings / notices / statements / return mails etc
  • Assign case in system, monitoring outstanding unprocessed cases, all printing and sending of document / letters /listings /
    statements etc.
  • Liaises with branch via calls, memo or emails on changes of process and guidelines.
  • Participated in quality improvement projects in line with Company's quality objectives, implementation, monitor and review the process / work progress in order to enhance quality, productivity and efficiency.
  • Conducts internal quality control audits as required and directed by Manager.
  • Participated in any process review and improvement as at when assigned/required by Manager.
  • Involved in on job training, classroom training and coaching of junior staff as assigned/required by Manager.
  • Report extraction, monitoring and handling on exceptional list/ add hoc assignment or projects.
  • Coordinate on department meeting, minutes writing, preparing training material/slides including conduct training to agency/sales support team/ CS team/ department staff and others related co-workers.
  • Review and improve on department process, handling and monitoring system related issues, department process flow, liaise with related department to resolve the policy servicing issues/ error.
  • Review, drafting department forms, letters or any others document related to policy servicing request/process.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree related to Life Insurance/ FLMIA/ ACS.
  • Possess at least 2 year of life insurance experience is preferable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel and PowerPoint.
