  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Brief

The Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Handle Account Payable, Account Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Auditing and other accounting functions.
  • Input key data of financial transactions into the accounting software.
  • To ensure accounting records are accurate, properly maintained and reconciled.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting records / documents.
  • Perform other ad hoc accounting and general administration assignment as assigned and / or required.

Requirements

  • Min a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (this role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholders).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
