Responsibilities:
• To provide first-level customer support to client end user on Canon printing products in their premises.
• To make a report to Canon Careline Centre once first-line support unable resolve current issue.
• To guide end user to use Canon’s printing devices.
• To assist end user to replenish toner & paper based on requirements.
• To assist customer to install printer drivers as and when required.
• To remove or update user information and driver requirements of the Print Management System.
Requirements:
• SPM, Certification or Diploma in IT related or any related field of studies.
• Preferably with knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) especially networking products or office equipment.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively based on project basis.
• Logical thinking and Troubleshooting skill will be added advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and possess good communication skills.
• Fresh candidates with limited work experience are also encouraged to apply.
