Time : 9.00am – 8.00pm (lunch time: 12.00pm to 1.00pm)
Documents required during walk-in interview:
1. Latest CV / Resume
2. Copy of IC
3. Original and copy of academic certificate & transcript (SPM / Professional Certs / Diploma / Degree / Master and etc)
4. Copy of latest 3 months' salary slip / last 3 months’ payslip
Kindly ensure you bring your own pen to the interview.
Job Description:
• To answer all calls promptly and complying with the basic telephone courtesy protocol
• Respond to general enquiries from customers confidently pertaining to the hospital services and facilities
• To determine the nature of the telephone calls and to clarify with the caller on the name of the consultant/doctor (where required)
• To direct calls to relevant department / Medical Concierge / Telemedicine Command Centre for any medical / clinical enquiries
• Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- Working experience in Telecommunication background is advantage.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and be able to make appropriate decisions in difficult situations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
