Position: Business Development Manager/ Head of Business Development

Location: Kepong, KL

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to develop new business opportunities and identify new business prospect.
• To expand current prospect database by creating contact with potential clientele.
• To attend client briefing and establish requirements for RFP.
• To organise internal debrief session / discussion interdepartmental and coordinate the development for projects.
• To prepare proposal and submission.
• To prepare presentation slides.
• To handle marketing and digital communications.
• Proactively monitor project progress with the aim to close the deal via active follow up with clients.
• Develop marketing material as needed.
• Maintain documentation of information relating to project / proposal submission.
• Lead and Manage team

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing​
• Minimum 5 years in business development/ sales and marketing​. Prior experience in leading and managing a team.
• Candidates must have manage a team before
• Candidates must be self-motivated with initiative and drive and able to work under pressure​.
• Candidates must be service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration Package:

Basic: up to RM15K. (If got good profiles, with higher and better salary can propose. They want from Other ID design companies, with potential leads)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS;

Benefits:

• Allowances : RM500-900
• Performance based bonus.

Working Days: 5 days' work week (Mon to Fri)

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
