Documents required during walk-in interview:

1. Latest CV / Resume
2. Copy of IC
3. Original and copy of academic certificate & transcript (SPM / Professional Certs / Diploma / Degree / Master and etc)
4. Copy of latest 3 months' salary slip / last 3 months’ payslip

Job Description:

  • Efficient and effective processing, documentation and custody of the pharmacy store records.
  • Generate periodical and ad hoc reports for operations and management reporting.
  • Efficient and effective processing of goods receipt into the HIS system.
  • Administration, monitoring and analysis of stock holding, stock movements and par level according to set operating standards; to meet customer demands.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Experience in logistics and warehousing in a hospital or related healthcare setting.
