Human Resource

  • Assist in recruitment process.
  • Assist in prepare letter in relation on staff movement (letter of appointment, confirmation of employment, acceptance of resignation, promotion, disciplinary action and etc.)
  • Responsible for both on boarding and off boarding process.
  • Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Support in the development, implementation, and compliance of Company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance to local labour law and relevant regulations.

Administrative

  • Handle enquiry of customers and correspondence.
  • Carry out routine administration records.
  • Responsible to liaise with other institutions, external agencies and local authorities.
  • Handle security, cleaning and other maintenance matters.
  • Assist in preparation of reports and statistics, collation of information from registration, assessments and examinations, for analysis purpose such as student attendance report, discipline analysis report, staff attendance reports and etc.
  • Involving in any form of arrangement regarding to transportation, entertainment, food, courier and delivery services or accommodation arrangement for company and school’s needs.
  • Assist to print for teaching materials/ documents.
  • Co-ordinating the recording or collation of information from registration, absences, assessments and examinations
  • Assist to prepare all related documents for submission of students’ visa applications, official documents and be a liaison with various relevant ministries and governmental agencies/officials and governmental visits.
  • Assist in the process of getting all relevant permits, insurance, licenses in related to the nature of the group business.
  • Manage and monitor office stock, stationery, equipment, tools or other necessaries and deal with suppliers ensuring cost-effective purchases and timely procurement, ensuring that all necessary items are available and properly organized to meet office needs.
  • Monitor and manage company vehicle maintenance, including Road Tax and Insurance renewal, to ensure all vehicles are in compliance and well-maintained.
  • Assist in handling invoices and collection, follow up efficiently and timely.
  • Assist the students’ admissions, graduation process and company or school activities and events.
  • Undertake any additional duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or Administration or any relevant qualification in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year job experiences with preference given to candidates with international school experience.
  • Computer competency (MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to multi-task and handle completing priorities.
  • Patience and attention to details and follow up.
  • Integrity and teamwork.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Required languages: English, Malay and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Labour Employment Act will be an added advantage.
