Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.15pm | Saturday: 9.00am - 12.00pm

Working Location: Jalan Ampang, KL

Salary: Up to RM 3,800

Willing to travel within West Malaysia and have own transport

Looking for sales associate who has experience within the Insurance/Financial Industry. You will build relationships with new and existing partners through networking, lead generation, and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell insurance products to companies and prospects; promote and recommend group affinity insurance solutions.
  • Build client relationships through personal sales, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships to drive future sales.
  • Report on initiative progress to team leaders regularly.
  • Keep sales logs, databases, and records updated.
  • Ensure compliance with all policy requirements.
  • Manage business and regulatory compliance risks, taking steps to mitigate them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance, threats, and technologies to protect the company.
  • Identify risks and share best practices for risk management.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Insurance, Business Studies, or Marketing.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales within the financial industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of industry practices, competitors, and their products.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible with time for training, events, and project launches, including weekends and holidays.
  • Skilled in sales and customer service, with a focus on client needs and quality standards.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes.
  • High integrity, accountable, and a positive team player.
  • Proactive in improving processes and adaptable to change.
