Marketing Assistant

Job description

• Assist in conducting marketing planning and strategies.
• Generate and planning social media content on FB, IG, Tiktok.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers to over/achieve sales targets.
• Monitor, measure, and track all relevant marketing performance to ensure effectiveness of the tool used to meet the marketing KPIs and objectives.
• Research and conduct presentations on new channels, partnerships, and generate new business opportunities.
• Attend periodic, meetings, training, event and business planning where applicable.
• Organizing and managing events such as roadshow, product launches, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Social Media Tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XHS, Tiktok).
• Required skill(s): Photo and video editing
• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or equivalent. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation skills are required as marketing executive will be required to meet with clients periodically.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
