  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility

  • Establish project goals and priorities by coordinating with cross-department.
  • Participate in the review and improvement of the current product and production process to increase productivity and consistence of quality.
  • Participate in address the root causes of defects in current products.
  • Lead new product project which include formulation finalization, sensory evaluation, shelf-life estimation, process set up & packaging design.
  • Monitor team metrics and project progress to ensure achievement of projects’ goals.
  • Responsible for performance evaluation analysis and product specification.
  • assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned;

Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and equivalent/ related design discipline;

  • A good command of spoken and written Mandarin/Cantonese and English
  • At least 8 year of practical experience in confectionery and icing-base industries with solid research & development experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, being highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks
  • Expertise in food technology and recipe development
  • Knowledge of food production, processing and packaging, particularly in confectionery and icing sugar derivative products
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision a positive attitude.
