Key Responsibilities:
- Main Reception duties, receptionist & supporting end to end administrative duties on daily basis.
- Establish and maintain an organised documentation control process that ensures efficient storage and retrieval of information.
- Assisting on procurement activities within the admin department.
- Assist and manage travel approval processes, including maintaining and managing travel related vendors, such as travel agents and hotels with aim to achieve work and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all office equipment and property is well maintained and accounted for include contract review.
- Assist on renewal of office insurance coverage.
- Assist to achieve cost leadership by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs and analyzing any variances.
- Undertake special projects that will help improve processes, create work efficiencies and benefit the organisation, which includes planning, coordinate, communicate, execute, and of monitor results.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by head of department.
Reports to: HR Admin Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent.
- Candidates must have at least 1-2 years working experience in Administration role.
- Candidate with exposure in MNC for this role will be an added advantage.
- Candidates must be able to speak and write good and fluent English.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, organized, hardworking, result oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is compulsory.
- Able to adapt to new environment including learning new processes and system.
