Job Description

  • Preparing documentation for the sales personnel.
  • Responsible for the daily sales administrative work for respective region.
  • Coordinating sales and marketing activities for the respective region.
  • Track and monitor the debtor aging status for the respective region.
  • Monitor the slow moving inventory in the region and liaise with respective sales personnel for necessary action.
  • As liaise to the customer during the absent of the sales personnel.
  • Assist Sales Manager and Sales Executive on all the general administrative.
  • Any other job assignment as required by immediate superior from time to time.
  • Job Requirements

    Minimum qualification for this position is Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
