Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for supply chain management & purchasing activities.
  • Obtaining competitive quotes and skillfully negotiating favorable terms.
  • Processing purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform monthly subcontractor stock take.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including vendor information, pricing, and order history
  • Collaborate with suppliers and relevant departments to address quality issues.
  • Handle document filing/records.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the superior
  • Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
    • Preferably 1 year of working experience in the related field. However, candidate without experience also encouraged to apply as on job training will be provided
    • Good negotiation skill, time management & monitoring.
    • Strong computer skill: Microsoft office, Excel & Power Point.
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Melayu.
