Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular market analysis of the business portfolio, providing insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments assigned by the Director.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting top-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. A background in sales and marketing or business administration is welcomed.
