Job Responsibilities:
Driver Management:
- Handle drivers' claims and issues.
- Ensure drivers start work on time and adhere to their schedules.
Financial Administration:
- Check and verify receipts for accuracy.
Customer Service:
- Serve walk-in customers and assist with their inquiries and purchases.
Inventory Management:
- Update and maintain accurate stock lists.
- Replenish stock as needed to ensure availability of products.
POS System Management:
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.
General Administration:
- Support the daily operations of the shop and ensure smooth functioning.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Social media posting.
Working Location:
- Batu Caves
