Job Responsibilities:

Driver Management:

  • Handle drivers' claims and issues.
  • Ensure drivers start work on time and adhere to their schedules.

Financial Administration:

  • Check and verify receipts for accuracy.

Customer Service:

  • Serve walk-in customers and assist with their inquiries and purchases.

Inventory Management:

  • Update and maintain accurate stock lists.
  • Replenish stock as needed to ensure availability of products.

POS System Management:

  • Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transaction processing and record-keeping.

General Administration:

  • Support the daily operations of the shop and ensure smooth functioning.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma or Degree.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Social media posting.

Working Location:

  • Batu Caves
