  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Accounts Assistant
(Bukit Rahman Putra Industrial Park, Sungai Buloh)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounting data entry and daily operations.
  • Handle petty cash daily operation.
  • Responsible for payment preparation for weekly and general expenses on rental, cash salary, staff claim, credit card, tax, zakat, hire purchase, training, general supplier, medical expenses, fixed asset and etc.
  • Responsible for preparation of tender documentation such as banker’s cheque, audit report, bank statement and etc.
  • To handle daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities including preparation and processing of month end journals.
  • To prepare bank reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts, expenses and development expenditure.
  • To assist and support in the preparation of financial reports.
  • To handle ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sg.Buloh.
  • Integrity, responsible, diligent, attentive and extroverted personality
  • Required Skills: Microsoft office
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn, responsible and good attendance.
