Project Manager / Electrical Site Manager

Qualifications & experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in handling Data Centre project
• Experience in managing and supervising construction teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day project activities, resources and meet up regularly with project engineers, site supervisors and workers.
• Plan and schedule for materials, sub-contractor, manpower to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure the execution of the project in compliance with approved drawing and specifications requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractor/vendors for the smooth execution of projects.
• Well-versed in project works procedures and methodologies and able to coordinate a team of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects & Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, main contractor, sub-contractor and suppliers.
• Take an ownership mindset and work cost-effectively and diligently and maintain good communication with all staff and workers.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
