Job Responsibilities :

  • Performing reconcillations of payments and customer accounts
  • Communicate discrepencies to the management team.
  • Assist in streamlining the accounts receivable process by identifying process for performance improvement.
  • Supervise account receivables records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are updated, uncollectible amounts are accounted for and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
  • Monitor and collects all the collections received from investees.
  • Perform daily cash management duties including cash receipts.
  • Supporting other finance team and investment team in providing information such as as trackers and Statement of Accounts.
  • Analysis of receivables and collections to identify delinquent accounts.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with extrovert (outgoing) resourceful, committed and have initiative personality are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must have the ability to construct financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
  • Required language(s) and writing skills : Bahasa Malaysia, English
