This role will be responsible to perform general clerical duties, arrange for purchases, receive and attend to documentation of approved purchases.
Your responsibilities will be:
1.Compilation and update of information/brochures/catalogues on spare parts, factory and office supplies.
2.Preparation of application for and update of credit facilities with suppliers/trading companies.
3.Sourcing and obtaining quotations, negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
4.Raising of purchase orders and other relevant documentation for approved purchases.
5.Issue approved requisitions, update records/summaries and ensure minimum stock-level is maintained.
6.Matching invoices with delivery notes and assist in report preparation, typing, filing and other general administration & functions.
