OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As a L1 support responsible to oversee any support and helpdesk services within the organization. Decide the best solution for any technical issues and execute the accordingly. Plan, prepare and manage all the ICT equipment and make sure that everything is ready when needed and also to keep track all the inventory and asset is in place. Also responsible for staff Email/Group creation and any request related to AD and MS365.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES

1. Ensure every ICT asset is in good condition and do the necessary maintenance if any of the asset is in need of upgrade or repair.

2. Standby and prepare the ICT asset to staff as of when needed and required.

3. Assess potential threats and identifying vulnerabilities in IT environment.

4. Prepare and plan for future purchase equipment and making sure that all equipment is ready to deploy when needed.

5. Manage and maintain endpoint security/antivirus system, network security, threat management and VPN.

6. Monitor and manage the IT inventory auditing in order to keep track on list of available assets inside the organization.

7. To manage in solving any technical problem, including helpdesk and technical support for the users.

8. Discuss and share with the vendors and service providers to ensure all IT requirements of the organization are fulfilled and compiled with the current up to date technology implementation.

9. To adhere with Code of Business Conduct and Deleum ABMS requirement.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

1. Must have at least 5 years experiences in related scope.

2. Experience in maintenance and servicing of hardware/software, implementation and maintenance of business applications systems, enhancement of computer systems and supporting of daily ICT activities.

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Min Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related field
